There are many kinds of clothing, in different form of clothing, function, usage, production methods, raw materials, as every kind of clothing is showing different styles and characteristics. Different clothing also have different inspection procedures and inspection methods.


The Importance of Clothing Inspection Procedures


However the importance of inspection compared with quality prevention, is second choice but still an important and effective means of control, although it can be said to be behind a beat and an after-the-fact check. If prevention is seen as a quality defect that can not occur, then the positive side of the test is that it will not happen again. Therefore, in strengthening quality prevention at the same time, still need to strengthen quality inspection.  


The inspection steps of any kind clothing should be managed in advance of starting, so that to make sure each part of the clothing is within the scope of visual sight, completely put an end to the phenomenon of quality leakage.


Principle Setups 


The standards on the quality of clothing appearance includes 8 objects: raw materials, longitude and latitude yarn direction, color shading, appearance defects, sewing, size grade, specifications deviation and ironing. According to these characteristics, the appearance visual check should be: from top to bottom, from left to right, from front to back, from the surface to the inside.
